As the cannon ball flew into the enemy's charge, 4 men were thrown back by the sheer force, the gunpowder on everyone's face like icing sugar on a cake.. the sound of rifles and screams ring from below as they load another ball into the chamber, then they light the fuse.. the flint and steel clang together as the fuse slowly begins, the gunpowder igniting all at once pushing the ball out at speeds un imaginable to a 1720's frenchmen, the siege continued relentlessly, not one side at this point was tired. for every frenchman down there were 50 british.
